That process starts with creating a list of all the important ingredients which transform an ordinary job into the job of your dreams.
Your Ingredient List ...
We turned our universal description of a perfect career into a recipe that has nine kinds (or broad categories) of ingredients. These categories reflect the key aspects of your potential and the work you can excel at.
If you use it, you can find work that passes our test for work you love. And the detailed list of personal ingredients (see example) can then be combined in different ways to give you hundreds of options for work you will love.
So, here is our recipe for dream work. Each ingredient features links to a page that describes it in more detail and gives you lots of examples. If you are wondering why we provide so much detail, it is because we want you to know before you buy what you are getting. We don't tease you with hints of "secrets of finding your dream job". We put it all out here so you can make an informed decision of whether our tools are right for you ... before you spend your hard earned money.

The people you love are the clients, customers co-workers and bosses you love to work with and be around. more
Ingredient Six: Experiences You Love
The experiences you love are the events, situations, circumstances and sensations you love to experience and be a part of. more
Ingredient Seven: The Problems, Issues & Needs You Love To Solve
The problems, issues and needs you love to solve or fulfill are the tasks which fill your workday with meaning and purpose and create work you deeply care about. more
